Clubhouse rental
The community clubhouse is open for Highgrove homeowners to rent daily. It features a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Alongside the kitchen, there are two rooms within the clubhouse. One is a cozy sitting room with couches and chairs, while the other is a larger great room accommodating up to 60 guests. Furthermore, the clubhouse provides folding tables and chairs for 50 guests.

Rates
- Member rate: $125 per daily
- Non-member rate: $150 per daily
- Refundable deposit: $150
- Outside-member deposit: $225
How to Reserve
Reservations are taken online at clubhouse.highgroveevans.com. Pick a date, choose any add-ons, and pay your deposit through the wizard. A signed liability waiver is required for pool access — sign it at pool.highgroveevans.com.
